- What are your hours?

We work by appointment only but our schedule is online and you can book directly on the website. You can also call, email, or text to make an appointment. Full portfolio sessions or sessions involving multiple participants such as team or staff headshots are something we would need to coordinate over the phone or by email.
- Where are you located?

Our residential gallery is located at 3022 W. Mt. Logan Way in Taylorsville. Drive south From the corner of 3200 West and 6200 South and turn left on Matterhorn Dr. (abt 6400 South across from the church). Take the first right onto Mt. Logan Way. The road will go south and then east. Drive almost to the end of Mt. Logan. We are the second house from the end on the left (north side of the street). There is a ceramic dog on the front porch. Google Don Polo Photography and maps will also bring you right to our door. Ring the doorbell of the front door. Please be courtesy of neighbors and don't block driveways or hydrants.
- Do you accept reservations?

You can make reservations and book your session online for most simple appointments. More complicated events involving locations or multiple participants please call for a consultation.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) in person. We also accept PayPal or Square payments online by credit card or PayPal payment transfer.
- How long is the typical wait?

For a simple business headshot you can view your images right after the session or later that day by online gallery. More extended portfolio sessions are usually ready to view in 3 to 5 business days.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

We accept cancellation and rescheduling of a session if it's at least 24 hours before the session time. There is no extra charge for rescheduling. Session fees however are non-refundable.
